We Believe Returns & Refunds Should Be a Breeze! 🌞

At Solar Paradise, we believe in a hassle-free return experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a full 30 days to send it back to us. Please note, however, the refund will exclude shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

 

Products Not Eligible for Returns:

• Items purchased during clearance or inventory sales.
• Products that have been used, altered, or modified.
• Damaged items that are no longer in sellable condition.

 

All returns will undergo an inspection when they arrive at our warehouse. After successful inspection, credits or refunds will be issued. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the inspection process.

If you decide to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, please be aware the refund will have a 5% processing fee deducted.

Please allow 3-7 business days for the credited amount to appear in your account statement.

 

Remember: Return shipping and restocking fees are non-refundable and will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
