· Lost or stolen products;

Most of our products have an over 12-month warranty. Because most shipping information cannot be found online after 6 months the transport ends (if the original purchaser can’t find it online), the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. We will extend the warranty period for you by one month.

Our Store will proceed with replacement 15 business days* after confirming that the defective item is received at our warehouse. The final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement items.

All replacement items will follow the same warranty time frame of the original defective item or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is later.

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. There is a ten year "No Leak" warranty, which does not cover leaks due to freezing. To have a leaking panel repaired or replaced, within the 10 year leak warranty, the panel needs to be sent back to the manufacturer to be inspected (cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility). If the panel is freeze damaged, a $50 repair fee or replacement fee will be charged. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not include:

 Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as freezing damage or use in rental or contract trade or commercial use.

 Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care

 Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage

 Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse

 Normal wear and tear

 Damages incurred during transportation

 Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance

 Any used, previously displayed items

The Company makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral and the company expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, the Company disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to the Purchaser. For consumer transaction, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser. All warranty claims must be filed by the consumer to the retailer of this product, who in turn is to contact the manufacturer regarding any warranty return or replacement. CLAIM PROCEDURES:

 Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 60 calendar days after the merchandise is received

 Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging. Return shipping and handling fees are to be paid by the customer

In the unlikely event you are having an issue with one of our batteries we have developed a straight forward warranty policy

  • World-beating / best in class 11 year warranty on all batteries.
    • It’s simple. Dakota Lithium batteries are built to last. We stand by our craftsmanship. If we made a mistake in building your battery we’ll fix it or replace it.
    • Dakota Lithium offers a 11 year manufacturers defect warranty from the date of purchase. The average lifespan of a Dakota Lithium Iron Phosphate battery is 2,000 recharge cycles, or roughly 5 – 10 years with regular use that is appropriate to what the battery is designed for (see the specifications of the battery). This warranty does not cover negligence or misuse of the battery or normal wear and tear. If it is deemed that the battery was used improperly, you will be subject to a $150 an hour repair charge plus parts and shipping.
    • Dakota Lithium 12V to 48V batteries are not intended or warrantied for serial wiring applications above 48V.
    • To submit a warranty claim, please contact the original place of purchase. The battery may be required to be shipped back to us (Dakota Lithium) for further inspection.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Jakiper Battery is 10  Years from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1 Years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What Do You Have To Do?

To obtain warranty service, you must obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return a product by contacting us.

Deliver the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by Jakiper Battery.

Your Solar Generator comes with a 2-year Warranty. The batteries inside your Solar Generator come with a 3-year Warranty. Solar Accessories come with a 1-year Warranty. Solar Panels come with a 25-year Warranty.

The warranty doesn’t cover any product that has been inappropriately disassembled, modified, damaged, or otherwise mistreated.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period for Sungoldpower products is 24 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the day of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Our products come with 30 days return policy. Within the return period, Sungoldpower will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra product you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

LIMITED TO ORIGINAL CONSUMER BUYER

The warranty on Sungoldpower's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

EXCLUSIONS

Sungoldpower's warranty does not apply to:

Limited Warranty

This LIMITED WARRANTY from RICH SOLAR warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this RICH SOLAR product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in Paragraph 2, below, subject to the exclusions set forth in Paragraph 5, below. The foregoing provisions state RICH SOLAR's entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, for any breach of warranty, express or implied. The warranty period for RICH SOLAR's products:

The warranty period for all other RICH SOLAR products and components is one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the original consumer. A sales receipt from the original consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start of the warranty period. If you completed the online RICH SOLAR Product Registration Form within thirty (30) days after purchasing your product, that registration can also establish the start date of the warranty period (but warranty coverage is not conditioned upon such registration).

REMEDY. RICH SOLAR will, at its option, (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes RICH SOLAR’s property. .

LIMITED TO ORIGINAL CONSUMER BUYER. This warranty is not transferable to any subsequent owner of a RICH SOLAR product.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS. This Limited Warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for RICH SOLAR that can be identified by the "RICH SOLAR" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-RICH SOLAR products, even if packaged or sold with RICH SOLAR products. Non-RICH SOLAR manufacturers, or suppliers may provide their own warranties. This warranty does not apply to: (i) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-RICH SOLAR products; (ii) to damage caused by service performed by anyone other than RICH SOLAR; (iii) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of RICH SOLAR; (iv) to a product where any RICH SOLAR serial number has been removed or defaced, or (v) to any product purchased through an online auction house. OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE. To obtain warranty service, you must contact us.  If our customer service team determines that this is a warranty matter, they will give you a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. You must properly package the product, clearly marking the RMA number on the package and including proof of your purchase date with the product. You must then send the product by mail or courier, with shipping costs paid by you. We will process your return and send your repaired or replacement product to you at our expense for product being shipped to locations in North America. For product purchased or being shipped outside of North America, please contact the local distributor from whom you purchased the product

Limited Warranty

Enernova warrants to the original consumer purchaser that Enernova products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use for the applicable warranty period as determined in the "Warranty Period" section below, subject to the exceptions set forth below. This warranty statement sets forth Enernova's full and exclusive warranty obligations. We do

not assume, nor do we authorize anyone to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

Warranty Period

Enernova power supply products are warranted for a period of 12 months. In each case, the warranty period begins to run from the date of purchase by the original consumer. In order to determine the start date of the warranty period, proof of valid purchase (e.g., order number) of the consumer's first purchase is required.

Exchanges

If any Enernova product fails to function within the applicable warranty period due to defects in workmanship or materials, Enernova will replace it (at Enernova's expense). The replacement product assumes the remaining warranty period of the original product. Limited to the original consumer purchaser. The warranty on Enernova products is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner. Exclusions

Enernova's warranty does not apply to:

For items that are within the 1 year warranty (all products except for the UT1300) The UT1300 has a limited lifetime warranty. Pleasecontact us for any troubleshooting/warranty request. If they need a warranty, we will send the customer a prepaid return box and a new product.

All items have a minimum 1 year parts and labor warranty. The additional 2-3 year warranty items would be for parts only. In any warranty situation, the customer would need to contact us first.

Warranty ranges from 1-3 years depending on the item. Support can assist with locating a service center, provide parts, or pass the info to our RA team to determine if the unit will need to be destroyed in field or returned for repair/replacement.

VMAXTANKS are known for their long life span ranging from 8 to 10 years in float service applications. Many factors can play a big part on the actual life span of deep cycle batteries.

The main factors are the Depths of Discharge and their frequency.

Nature of use, temperature, storage conditions and charging procedure are among other factors that can prolong or shorten their life span.

Since VMAX batteries are designed to be used in tough applications demanding frequent Deep Depths of Discharge, they are warranted for 12 months from date of purchase to original customers against defects and workmanship.

Within this Period , defective batteries due to manufacturer defect must be returned to the VMAX Authorized Dealer where the product was purchased from warranty claim.

Beyond the first 12 months of Free Replacement Period, VMAX Lithium Batteries warranty is extended for up to 5 years based on the following uses:

Before You File A Warranty Claim:

Since all VMAXTANKS are inspected before shipping, please follow the following steps before filing a warranty claim:

  1. Check your charger, controller or panels and make sure they meet required current and/or wattage specifications listed in the "Description" page of each battery.  If it does not, please replace or upgrade charging method.
  2. If it does, measure output voltage of your charger or controller to make sure that it is in good working condition (14.4V-14.9V). If it does not, please replace.
  3. Charge battery for 15 hours. Disconnect charger and measure battery voltage.  Voltage should measure over 13.3V then will drop to 12.95V-13V after couple of hours of disconnecting charger.
  4. If it does, apply appropriate load for 5 minutes (or use load tester -if available).  Disconnect and measure voltage after 5 minutes. If voltage is less than 12.7V, please file your claim.  If not, check your load, cables and/or inverter.

If product fails within 60 days from delivery date: (AGM Batteries Only)

    • Date of Purchase
    • Receipt Number
    • Name of Authorized Dealer
    • Product Model Number
    • Product Serial Number
    • Best times to send carrier to pick up product
    • Brief description of problem
  • Upon approving your request, a Return label will be emailed to ship your product back.
  • All returns must be free of any abuse and physical damage.
  • Product must be adequately packaged. All shipping damages must be claimed by you.
  • Damaged product cannot be warrantied, and will be held for a maximum of 30 days. You may request the battery to be returned subject to paying freight and handling fee including all shipping and packaging costs.
  • Approved returns will be exchanged within 5 business days of receiving product.
  • VMAX USA will pay for returning and shipping back new replacement.

If product fails within 1st year but after 60 days from delivery date: (AGM Batteries Only)

    • Date of Purchase
    • Receipt Number
    • Name of Authorized Dealer
    • Product Model Number
    • Product Serial Number
    • Best times to send carrier to pick up product
    • Brief description of problem
  • Free Return Shipping Labels (FRSL) & Discounted Return Shipping Labels (DRSL) apply to AGM batteries only. 
  • Lithium Batteries must be returned by Customer due to shipping regulations.  
  • After receiving defective battery and approving the warranty claim, VMAX USA will pay for returning and shipping back new replacement.

VMAX USA,LLC will not be liable or responsible for any expenses for transportation, installation, loss of time, punitive or any other expenses which would be considered as incidental or consequential damages, such as installation cost, lost profit, towing, testing or damage to property other than the battery.

Failure due to any of the followings will void warranty: Abuse, physical damage, neglect, improper maintenance, bulged cases from heat, fire, insufficient charging , overcharging AND/OR the removal of manufacturer codes or serial numbers.
