Good Value, Good Customer Follow-Up

I bought this product months ago to add to a solar system, but only hooked it up a week ago. I was impressed by the quick shipping, but especially by the follow-up. I was contacted several times as the company checked in to be sure I was happy and that everything was working. The inverter indeed works very well, and is good value for the money compared to others! I only wish other companies were as conscientious about following up to make sure their customers are satisfied after the sale. This was very impressive.
